She wants you to text ahead and arrange a visit on her terms at a time that suits her. Child birth and becoming a mum first time, second time, eight time is overwhelming and comes with an enormous feeling of total lack of control. So naturally being in control of when and who she spends her time with is hugely important. For me this time I’m also considering Ned and how much disruption there will be to his little life all of a sudden so that too will play a part in when and who I want calling.
I really appreciate this company the branding and the women behind it. They just appeal to me from start to finish. They didn’t just wake up one morning and decide to go into business, no these sisters have got the experience, knowledge and education to produce an effective and unique product with a touch of class and luxury!
The Stork Box is many things but above all it’s a very helpful tool for supporting women who want children, are having babies and have kids. Basically they got you covered from fertility to bump to bibs!
A big hello to all the readers of Thoughts Tots and Tea! Thank you so much Dee, for having me along to this Q and A, relating to all things sleep!
I choose Niamh to be the Thoughts, Tots and Tea sleep specialist guest blogger because l use her tips Myself with Ned in real life! Furthermore when I went researching Irish sleep experts and spoke to my friends and followers I got really positive feedback from Mums who have used her full consult service to help with their big sleeping problems. Real life success stories is far more important to me than many other accreditations regularly banded about.
Rùna Baby is based n Kildare an Irish family run business specialising in bibs. Ned is pretty much coming to the end of his bib journey now I just use them to save clothes from certain foods or activities. Unfortunately though bibs and muslins were the most needed items in the house from day one with Ned he was so windy and gripey it was endless! Yes windy and gripey are the technical terms 🙈😊
So you’re in Dingle Co. Kerry what more do you need, one of the best places in the country and many would say the world! There’s activities, eateries and sight seeing opportunities as far as the eye can see in Dingle but I’m putting together my very specific Toddler recommendations. You know the babies who now need entertaining yet aren’t old enough to be left at structured activities like water sports, Pony trekking and pottery!
I was never one for wanting a whole brood of Babies! in fact, I didn’t really pay that much attention to babies before my own! Let’s just say I was not a Baby sniffer! I’ve always worked with children and teenagers and enjoyed that so much …. I guess, I thought that’s where all the action was, so to speak. Diagnosed with severe polycystic ovaries at an early age, it was probably self-preservation to repeatedly insist that “the yearn” wasn’t really there, because who knew what life had in store for me. New Year, New you….hmm? Bah humbug to that! What’s wrong with the old me!
What did I do so wrong in 2016 that I’ve to change? We all survived didn’t we? Maybe a little greyer and little rounder perhaps. We’re in Ireland… a little hibernation fat is essential! Continue reading
My dad started keeping hens this year, to our delight. Four hens, I named them the Kardashians; Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney. The difference between the shop bought and his is nothing less than shocking! We are now cursed with a high standard for eggs. The bar is set, they’re eggcellent! Not a hope I’d make it through without an egg pun. I’m not even sorry!
